3. Do I need prior cooking experience?
No! Our classes are designed for all skill levels, from beginners to experienced cooks.
4. How long is the cooking class?

Morning Session: 8:45 AM - 12:30 PM (includes market tour)

Afternoon Session: 1:45 PM - 5:30 PM (includes market tour)

Evening Session: 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM (Monthly themed classes, last Sunday of the month)

6. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards, PayPal, and cash for direct bookings. Third-party platforms may have their own payment options.
7. Do I need to book in advance?
Yes! We recommend pre-booking to secure your spot, especially during peak seasons.
8. Can I reschedule my class?
We understand that plans may change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible. However, to ensure a smooth experience for all guests, we have the following rescheduling policy:
1️⃣ Public Group Classes (Daily Sessions)

Rescheduling allowed if requested at least 24 hours in advance.

Requests within 24 hours of the class will be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to availability.
2️⃣ Private Group Bookings

Rescheduling must be requested at least 72 hours in advance.

Short-notice rescheduling may be possible but is not guaranteed.
3️⃣ DTV Visa Culinary Courses (3-6-12 months program)

Classes must be attended within the agreed schedule.

Rescheduling allowed up to 1 year (3 and 6-month program) and 2 years (12-month program) from the program's starting month.

Rescheduling is allowed at least 7 days before class date, subject to availability.

If you do not show up for a scheduled class without prior notice, rescheduling will not be possible, and no refunds will be provided.

9. What dishes will I learn to cook?
Our menu changes based on the season, but our standard class may include:

For evening classes, we have a different theme each month, held on the last Sunday of the month.
10. What should I bring to class?
Just yourself! We provide all ingredients, aprons, and cooking equipment.
11. Will I receive a recipe book?
Yes! After each class, we share our PDF recipe book in English or Chinese.
12. Can children join the class?
Yes! Our cooking stations are adjustable and suitable for kids aged 7 and above.

DTV Visa Program
13. What is the DTV Visa?
The Destination Thailand Visa (DTV) is a long-term visa valid for up to 5 years, introduced in July 2024 to attract remote workers, digital nomads, retirees, and cultural visitors. It allows multiple entries into Thailand with a maximum stay of 180 days per entry, which can be extended for another 180 days.
14. Can I use your cooking class for the DTV Visa?
Yes! Our 2-month, 6-month and 12-month culinary courses are recognized for the Destination Thailand Visa (DTV) application.
15. Have students successfully received the DTV Visa?
Yes! 110+ successful applicants have used our culinary course to apply for their 5-year DTV Visa.

Logistics & Policies
20. Do you provide transportation?
We may be able to arrange hotel pickup and drop-off depending on your location. Please check with us in advance.
21. What happens if I'm late?
Please arrive on time to enjoy the full experience. If you're late, you may miss part of the market tour.
22. What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy applies only to daily public group classes:

Full refund if canceled 48 hours in advance.

50% refund if canceled 24-48 hours in advance.

No refund for cancellations less than 24 hours before class.
For private group bookings and long-term courses (DTV 2-6 months), cancellation policies differ. These bookings require advance payment and are non-refundable. If you have concerns, please contact us for more details before booking.
