3. Do I need prior cooking experience?
Not at all! Our classes welcome everyone—from absolute beginners to seasoned home cooks.
4. How long is the cooking class?
We offer both daily classes and long-term programs — class durations vary slightly:
Daily Classes (Tourists & Visitors):

Morning Session: 8:45 AM – 12:30 PM (includes market tour)

Afternoon Session: 1:45 PM – 5:30 PM (includes market tour)

6. What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer is available for long-term course enrollment. Credit card payments are subject to a 5% processing fee.
7. Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, we recommend pre-booking to secure your spot, especially during peak travel seasons or for long-term visa courses that have limited intake capacity.
8. Can I reschedule my class?
We understand that plans can change. Here’s our rescheduling policy for each class type:
a. Public Group Classes (Daily Sessions):

Rescheduling allowed with at least 48 hours’ notice.

Requests within 48 hours are considered case-by-case based on availability.
b. Private Group Bookings:

Rescheduling must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.•

Short-notice changes may be possible but are not guaranteed.
c. DTV Thai Culinary Courses (6 or 12 Months):

Students must attend classes within the agreed schedule.•

Flexible rescheduling allowed up to:
– 1 year from enrollment (6-month programs)
– 2 years from enrollment (for 12-month program)

At least 7 days’ notice required for changes, subject to availability.
9. What dishes will I learn to cook?
It depends on the type of class:

Daily Classes feature a rotating selection of Thailand’s most iconic dishes.

Long-Term Programs (6 or 12 months) follow a structured, embassy-aligned curriculum with different themed dishes introduced monthly.
All classes are hands-on and include a variety of recipes across Thai culinary styles.
10. What should I bring to class?
Just yourself! We provide all ingredients, aprons, and cooking equipment.
11. Will I receive a recipe book?
Yes! After each class, we share our PDF recipe book in English or Chinese.
12. Can children join the class?
Yes! Our cooking stations are adjustable and suitable for kids aged 7 and above.

13. What is the DTV Visa?
The Destination Thailand Visa (DTV) is a long-term visa valid for up to 5 years, launched in July 2024 to support remote workers, digital nomads, retirees, and cultural learners. It allows multiple entries with a stay of up to 180 days per entry (renewable for another 180 days).
14. Can I use your cooking class for the DTV Visa?
Yes. Our 6-month and 12-month culinary programs meet the Thai embassy’s criteria for cultural education under the DTV “Soft Power” category.
15. Have students successfully received the DTV Visa?
Yes. Over 300+ successful applicants have used our culinary course to apply for their 5-year DTV Visa.
16. How do I apply for the DTV Visa?
For daily group classes, you can book directly through our website or partner platforms like Klook, KKDay, GetYourGuide, and Airbnb Experiences.

20. Do you provide transportation?
We may be able to arrange hotel pickup and drop-off depending on your location. Please check with us in advance.
21. What happens if I'm late?
Please arrive on time to enjoy the full experience. If you're late, you may miss part of the market tour.
22. What is your cancellation policy?
For Daily Group Classes (Public Sessions):

Full refund if canceled at least 48 hours in advance

50% refund if canceled 24–48 hours in advance

No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before class
For Long-Term Courses (6–12 Months / DTV Visa Programs):
