Cancellation Policy
We strive to offer flexibility while maintaining the quality and structure of our courses. Please review our policy before booking: Group Cooking Classes (Daily Public Classes) ✅ Cancellation Policy - Full refund if canceled at least 48 hours in advance. - 50% refund if canceled 24-48 hours in advance. - No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before class. 🔄 Rescheduling Policy - Rescheduling is allowed at least 48 hours before class, subject to availability. DTV Visa Programs (3-Month & 6-Month Courses) & Monthly Evening Classes 🚫 No Cancellations or Refunds - Once payment is made and documents are provided, cancellations are not permitted. - This policy is in place due to the structured nature of the program and the administrative process involved in issuing enrollment documents. 🔄 Rescheduling Policy - Rescheduling allowed up to 1 year (3 and 6-month program) and 2 years (12-month program) from the program's starting month. - Rescheduling is allowed at least 7 days before class date, subject to availability. - Evening cooking classes (held on the last Sunday of each month) follow a fixed schedule with different topics each month.
